Black Clover (TV) Episode 4 __TOP__

Black Clover is a Japanese anime series adapted from the manga of the same title written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. Produced by Pierrot and directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara, the series is placed in a world where magic is a common everyday part of people's lives, and is centered around one of the only known person to not be able to use magic, Asta. Asta as well as his friend, rival, and adoptive brother Yuno, aspire to become the wizard king however to most people it would seem that Asta had no chance of becoming wizard king while Yuno was famous in his village as a prodigy. The series aired from October 3, 2017 to March 30, 2021 on TV Tokyo in Japan.[1] Kazuyuki Fudeyasu wrote the scripts, Itsuko Takeda designed the characters, and Minako Seki composed the music.[2] The first season, which adapts the first eight volumes of the manga, was initially listed as running for 13 episodes,[3] but was later expanded to 51 episodes.[4] The first two seasons each consisted of 51 episodes.[5][6] The series uses twenty six different pieces of theme music: thirteen opening themes and thirteen ending themes.

In 2017, both Crunchyroll and Funimation licensed the series for an English-language release in North America. Crunchyroll is simulcasting the series,[12] while Funimation is producing an English dub as part of its Simuldub program as it airs.[13][14] Their adaptation premiered on December 2, 2017, on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block.[15] The first DVD and Blu-ray compilation was released by Avex Pictures on February 23, 2018, with individual volumes being released monthly.[16] In February 2021, it was announced that the final episode of Black Clover would air on March 30, 2021, followed up by an anime film announcement for the series.

The fourth season of the Black Clover anime TV series was directed by Ayataka Tanemura and produced by Pierrot.[1] The season premiered on December 8, 2020 on TV Tokyo in Japan, and ended on March 30, 2021. The season started with anime canon episodes supervised by author Yūki Tabata before continuing off with the 24th volume of his manga series of the same name starting on episode 158. Both Crunchyroll and Funimation licensed the series for an English release, with Crunchyroll simulcasting the fourth season, and Funimation producing a North American Simuldub.

The fourth season uses four pieces of theme music: two opening theme and two ending theme. For the first 3 episodes, the opening and ending themes are "Everlasting Shine" (永遠に光れ, Eien ni Hikare) by Tomorrow X Together[2] and "A Walk" by Gakuto Kajiwara.[3] The second opening and ending themes, used for episodes 158 to 170, are "Grandeur" by Snow Man and "BEAUTIFUL" by Treasure.[4]

The official website for the Black Clover television anime announced on Tuesday that the anime will end in its 170th episode on March 30. It also reported that the final episode will have an "important announcement." In addition, Avex Pictures' official YouTube channel will stream a live special on March 30 at 6:00 p.m. with the cast.

Unlike the movie, however, season 5 of Black Clover will not be released to the public until around 2024, or even later. The primary reason for the delay is the lack of content available at present in the manga (which is ongoing). The writer and mangaka, Yūki Tabata, needs time to add on to and possibly complete the Black Clover manga before the fifth season of the high-fantasy anime series can continue. This is also the reason season 4 only contained 16 episodes while previous seasons all had over 50.

The animated episode is NOT a series, but rather a single "Special Episode" bundled with the 11th Volume of the Manga. This is mentioned as much in MAL page for the episode. Afaik, it adapts the first chapter of the Manga. [Confirmed in Comments]

Fans speculated on various reasons for the abrupt ending and predicted possible release dates for the upcoming episode. Based on the information available, it seems like Episode 171 will be released sometime in 2023 or 2024.

Black Clover fans suspect that the main reason for doing this is the anime catching up to the manga. By observing the number of chapters that are being adapted for each episode for the entire series, one could predict the duration of the hiatus.

Black Clover has adapted about 272 chapters throughout the four seasons. This means each episode has adapted about 1.6 chapters on average. It can cause problems if the anime continues because it would catch up to the manga quickly. Usually, a gap of 100 to 150 chapters is always maintained between manga and anime. Usually, a shonen author would publish about 40 to 45 chapters every year. 041b061a72
